Bill Webster to his sister, Linn Webster

Transcription note: I've included an image of the envelope and letter. A few words were hard to read because there is some water damage - the ink is blurred in the top half of the letter. Let me know if you can make the word or disagree with my transcription. Bill Webster was the uncle of Carrie E. Hodge and the brother of Mrs. M.R. Webster (Melinda or "Linn" for short). ~ECS
